Millefeuille avocado with crabmeat

Ingredients for 2 people
  • 120 g crabmeat
  • 2 avocados
  • zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • zest of ginger
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

1. Cut the avocado into thin slices. Put the zest of lemon and ginger in the crabmeat and add the lemon juice and some olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and stir well.
2. Using a round baking pan, make a layer of avocado and a layer with the mixture of crabmeat. Repeat 2 times.
