Ingredients for 2 people
12 small shrimps
2 avocados
2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise
a little curry
1 zucchini
3 pieces of sun dried tomato
half mango
olive oil
juice of half a lemon
a little tabasco
salt

Execution:
Boil the shrimps. Cool them down , chop them and take out the shell. Cut the zucchini in small cubes
and boil it for 1min. Cool it down. Cut the mango in small cubes as well as the sun dried tomato. Stir
them all with a little oil, salt and pepper. Smash the avocado and add salt, some tabasco, and little
lemon juice. Put the avocado cream and the vegetables in a glass and in the end the shrimps with the
mayonnaise, after adding a little curry.
