 ORGANIC WHITEMARSH
This variety is considered to be the most widely known one as it constitutes an amount of 80% of the production that is cultivated in Crete.
It is a nut of medium to large size, of round shape and bright yellow colour. It has not got any seed, it is very juicy and tasty. It is available from November to April.
ADVANTAGES: It is solid in transportation and storage.
ORGANIC STAR RUBY
This is an up and coming variety of grape fruit, of green colour with a smooth yellow peel. The pulp is dark, juicy, and with no seed. It is available from
January to March.
