Orange: rich in vitamin C as well as other precious substances.
It consists the most natural and tasty means of protection of our body. If you include the orange in your

serve as a treatment against any common cold and flu of the winter time. Nutritionists suggest that the
oranges should be one of the five, daily meals as they contribute to our well-being and to our

fact that it also contains a number of other precious substances ,which are worth examining. Therefore,

our favourite fruit there are more than 170 substances with significant antioxidant effects, offering the
utmost protection against the excessive production of unrestrained roots and of molecules with a really
harmful effect to the cell. These substances belong to three great categories: the flavonoids, the
limonoids and the carotenoids.
