The White variety of grapefruit is the most well-known variety in Crete, as it covers the 70% of the cultivation of grapefruit. Medium to large sized spherical shaped fruit, pale yellow in color, with a seedless, very juicy and tasteful flesh. It is available from November to April. White grapefruit has a high resistance to transport and storage.
